Nana Diaries: Livin La Vida Loca

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone.

So, as promised hari ni I nak update korang semua about my so-called 6 weeks challenge. Honestly, it was hard! Especially when it comes to pushing myself to start working out and controlling my food intake. Tapi alhamdulillah, walaupun susah sampai kadang-kadang tu rasa nak nangis sebab malas gile nak workout, yet I managed to get myself off the bed and on the treadmill and stationary bike for at least 30 minutes every single day. Yayyy!

So yea, cycling and jogging tiap-tiap hari pun tak best jugak. Yela, kalau buat rutin same tiap -tiap hari pun boleh bosan jugak kan? So, on Friday I decided to go for a run! Konon-konon hajat dihati nak pi keluar berlari, unfortunately I macam takde kawan so, I went running on my treadmill instead. HAH! Alhamdulillah I managed to run for almost 4km in 35 minutes. Biaselah orang dah lama tak pegi berlari, manade setengah jalan dah pancit. Thanks to Pop Sugar Fitness for the 35 minutes Beginner's Interval Run Playlist, walaupun I almost gave up towards the end tapi bile dengar "Higher Ground by Red Hot Chilli Peppers" tetiba semangat balik! Heheee.

Anyw, selain berlari, I decided to mix up my workout routine with some dancing session. This is my favourite workout session ever. Sebab? Sebab dancing does not only burn calories and make you sweat like a cow, tapi dancing is FUN too! Tak percaya, go ahead and give it a try! I selalunye menari with the help of Just Dance 4 tak pun Hip Hop Experience for Xbox. Yela, nak attend dancing class tak mampu, nak pegi dance studio malu pulok, so main game nari-nari kat rumah jelah jawabnyeee! Konon-konon nak menari for 20 minutes, tapi bile dah start tu, tengok tengok dah nak dekat sejam dah berjoget-joget. Hehee. Takde Xbox or Wii? Jangan sedih jangan gundah gulana, Youtube kan ade! This is my most favourite song to dance with. Somehow, tiap-tiap kali menari lagu ni I ended up laughing macam orang gile. I have no idea why!


Dah try lagu tadi? Best tak? Berpeluh tak? Kalau tak, feel free to godek godek youtube for some other songs. Banyak je lagu yang ade. Bosan? Senang sangat?! Haaaaa, if you think the one above is for babies, try this one. Yang ni from Hip Hop Experience. Basically, you menari hip hop dance lah. For me, this game is wayyyyy crazy and hard! Baru satu lagu I dah semput-semput macam hape. But yea, walaupun penat and asyik salah je, I still enjoy doing it.


So yea, basically that's my Week One Workout routine. For food intake pulak, simple je. I makan je ape yang ada. Kalau takde makanan I tak makanlah. Senangkan? Heheee. Tak kesahlah ape, yang penting I akan make sure yang I never skip my breakfast and makan fruits and veges tiap-tiap hari. Itu penting! Selain tu, kalau hari yang I makan makanan yang berat sikit for lunch, I either skip my dinner or have a light one. Tapi selalunye I have a light dinner lah. Takde maknenye orang yang suka makan macam I ni nak skip dinner. Heheee.

So, that's all for now. I wonder how my week 2 gonna be. 
Hopefully it's gonna be much better compared to Week 1.
